Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

Who We Are

Unwritten Story ("we," "us," "our") operates unwrittenstorylv.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at mzthrasherbizinc@gmail.com.

Information We Collect

• Contact and order information you provide at checkout, such as name, email address, shipping address, and the items you purchase.
• Information submitted through the contact form on this site.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and device, collected automatically when you visit the site.

We never see or store your full card number. That is entered directly on Square's secure checkout page, never on this site - see Payment Information below.

How We Use Information

• To process and fulfill your order, including contacting you about shipping or order issues.
• To respond to customer service requests submitted through the Contact page.
• To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site and our products.

Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by Square, Inc. When you check out, you're redirected to a Square-hosted payment page to enter your card details - that information goes directly to Square and never touches our servers. Square is a PCI-compliant payment processor; see Square's own privacy policy at squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy for details on how they handle payment data.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember items in your shopping cart on this device. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate the store - specifically our hosting provider and Square as our payment processor - solely so they can provide those services to us.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions provided in those messages. You may contact us at mzthrasherbizinc@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
