Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You'll get an emailed receipt from Square as soon as your payment is confirmed; we'll follow up separately with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $7.50, free on orders of $75 or more, calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship outside the United States. Sign up for our email list for updates if that changes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good in every piece. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Limited-drop items (marked "limited" or with low-stock availability on the product page) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How To Start a Return

• Contact us through the Contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
• We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right - this applies even to final sale/limited-drop items.
